Well, first of all, you chose the wrong place. Answer HQ is a player-to-player help forum, so you won't get anything by posting here. Secondly, swastika is considered to be an offensive emblem, so it violates the Terms of Service... and you agreed to ToS when you created your account. You broke the rules, so you got punished. Simple as that. I can understand that much even though I'm just a normal player in Battlefield.
Lastly, if you were upset with the decision anyway, you should have mailed accountdisputes@ea.com - cursing and threatening with lawsuit will not help, I can guarantee that much.
