The administrator of the server has installed a plugin which is called "country kicker". It is intended to limit access to the server to players with what the administrator determines to be an unacceptable ping. It is by country only because if settings were by ping it would kick any player whose ping fluctuates above that threshold as pings sometimes do dramaticaly fluctuate based on several factors. I'd love to have you on my U.S. Based 64 Slot Ranked BF3 Server! Your welcome anytime. I choose not to run that plugin but monitor/kick very high pingers manually.
