reinstall the game it happend to me and some of my buds, and youll have to start a new campain, and i think that there is a new update coming out check here at battlelog: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/news/view/battlefield-4-community-test-environment-update/. they show some things that they haved worked on.
