I’m having the same problem; I can't connect to EA servers in the game, even though I have a good internet connection. However, I was able to connect using mobile internet, but it's impossible to play because that connection is too weak. I wonder why I can't connect on my regular network.((((
Since you are able to play over mobile network (I couldn't) then it is probably something related to your router and network settings. Try setting DNS, restart and reset Router, port forwarding, ethernet/wifi, some people over internet said that turning UPnP on or off managed to fix this.
Also I can connect to servers and play, it is just that it kicks me always after some time.
