Have you tried to restart your router? Opening corresponding TCP ports can also solve this.

Tried to restart router and that did nothing. Other games work, it's just when trying to join a quickmatch it doesn't.

What platform are you on? If you are on Xbox One check the solution, mentioned in this thread.
