it states that a newer or equvilent version of direct x is already installed 

What's it say when you run DXDiag.exe? Just to make sure you're all up to date.

How about running game as Admin? Sorry, i bet you have, it's like scraping the bottom of the barrel.

honestly, this game is ridiculas. You would expect a 60 dollar product to be complete, but honestly, us players have been screwed with this. Any one know what the installation directory is? Copying and pasting the dxgi.dll file in it might help

Please help me keep this on the front page so ea can see it and respond
