Just out of curiosity, are you using Discord at all?
Sometimes if you have the Discord Overlay enabled on the Desktop App, it can cause some issues with this.

- I do have it activated. But i found a temporary fix! If i delete my settings from my settings folder in my documents it fixes it for a session I think. Didnt have enough time to try it out properly!
