Ok...do you have playstation plus?

If yes try this workaround:

1) Go to your settings and go into your application save data.
2) Go to your Save Data in System Storage.
3) Delete both your Profile Data and your Backup Save Data.
4) Exit your Save Data in System Storage and go to Saved Data in Online Storage.
5) Once you're in, Download both your previous Profile and Backup Save Data.
6) Start Battlefield, and you should able to resume your campaign.
