What does later today mean?

First time I see someone saying a date. Late today? Whre did you find that timeframe? 

It's not later today, I'm Premium on PS4 and there are already servers up and running, but for some reason Naval Strike DLC doesnt show up in the in-game store or the PS Store. Had to contact EA on where to go to download Second Assault when this happened last time and they pointed me in the right direction. I forgot how though so if you want to play, only way to find it is by contacting EA

I had this too. Uninstall and reinstall the update on your console and it should show up again. This worked for me, so I hope it works for you

This DLC for all PC players has been delayed because of some bug that was in the DLC.

If you are premium on console it will be available to download by the end of the day.

Console players can find Naval Strike available in the Battlefield 4 in-game store during the following, respective time frames:
Xbox 360: 1:00AM PST -- 5:00AM PST
9:00AM GMT -- 13:00 GMT
PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 (North America): 2:00PM PST -- 6:00PM PST
PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 (Europe): 2:00PM GMT -- 6:00PM GMT

Ok.. I have solved the problem for you EA. When you are giving timese for USA the standard is EDT. Not some Pacific time slot. Not only did I not get Naval Strike loaded yet but you made me have to do math to figure out what time it will be available. BTW.. it's past witching hour and now Naval Strike yet on PS3.
