@UneasyTension If you own the game on CD, make sure the game version is compatible with your PSN account
For example, your PSN account follows America, and the game that you own is European. You cannot benefit from buying add-ons because they are not compatible with the version.
As for the digital version and you bought it with the same account and you can not take advantage of the additions to the game, you should contact technical support
