Have you tried to delete config file of game? (Go to My Documents>> Battlefield 1>>Settings and delete PROFSAVE_profile file) Also, what is your OS?

I tried that, nothing.
I use Windows 10.
Thank you! Can you please try to disable all notifications of Origin client? Just for testing. Also, In your Control Panel you need to find: Troubleshooting --> (under hardware and sound) troubleshoot audio playback. --> disable all enchantments
Do you have this issue only in Battlefield 1 or in other games?

Thanks, I tried everything in that thread but didn't know there was a second page haha.
What worked for me was downloading the newest driver from the realtek website, I don't know why my computer doesn't want to update it itself though. Also, are all sounds when using realtek driver usually this loud?
