Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Have you gone into Origin, and checked your Audio Settings to make sure you have the correct Input/Output devices selected?
Go to Origin, Application Settings, More, and Voice.
Also, I would recommend clicking on the speaker on your Desktop Bar Tray, and making sure the output device is selected as the source you'd like.
