Not that many ways of getting them fast. You're restricted to 100 per day from general gameplay (50 for first round and 25 each for first win and first highlight) but you can also get them by selling unwanted items. I tend to keep one of all the skins I get but duplicates obviously get sold straight away. Seeing as levelling up provides very little benefit in this game (dog tags only), I find the quickest way is selling XP boosts. They don't really serve much purpose and you can generally find a squad that has one already activated anyway if you're that bothered.
