Now, I'm not sure how the internal bug-reporting system of you guys works. If it works like a "support ticket" and allows additional information to be submitted to the ticket, I wish to add something new.
Below is the new info I wish to attach.

As noted in the main report, the attackers can only get 18/30 attack rating at most.
Which means there are 30 - 18 = 12 rating points automatically allocated to defenders regardless of how well they have defended the sectors.
What does this mean?
Let's say the defenders are all snipers, and therefore got steamrolled by an attack team in every sector.
Then, they get 6 defense rating points ("weak defense" in each sector gives 1 rating point).
Add this to the 12 rating points always reserved for defenders, you get:
6 + 12 = 18
This is the lowest possible rating points total the defenders can get on this operation in defeat?
and you know something about this lowest possible total?
18/30 = "Defeat, x1.25".
In plain words,
even if the defenders don't defend at all, they are guaranteed to get a x1.25 "DEFEAT" bonus multiplier.
Ok, what about the lowest possible rating points total the defenders can get on this operation in victory?.
It means:
Losing the first five sectors to attackers with "weak defense" (5 rating points), but held the last sector successfully (3 rating points by default).
5 + 3 + 12 = 20
What about that?
Well, I don't know about 20/30, I have yet to run into such a round.
But I do know about 21/30.
21/30 = "MAJOR Victory, x2.5".
In plain words,
even if the defenders succeed in holding only the last sector, they are still guaranteed to get a x2.5 "MAJOR VICTORY" bonus multiplier.
OR, AS LONG AS THE DEFENDERS WIN, they get a x2.5 "MAJOR VICTORY" bonus multiplier.
IS THIS FAIR?
