Re: Option to turn off profanity and blood in BF1

@1BlockyBoiHey, there aren't any content filtering options in the game.

As you say, it's an M-rated game and (without speaking for the devs) I'd guess that the brutality of the game is fully intentional.

Thanks for the question.

    Hi

IS there a way to turn off the blood in any way at all.

    Like addons or filters?

Not that I'm aware of, sorry.

I know you can edit the colour of the "kill" checkmark to make it less implicitly violent (deep red obviously representing blood) but other than that you can't remove the violent content.

What do you mean by the color checkmarker for a kill?

What age do you think BattleField 1 is suitable for?

Yep, but in the options I  think there is a way to turn some of the blood down?

I may be  wrong about this but???

  • I see what you are saying, but I am not talking about that profanity. I mean the one in game (the voice lines), not other players' profanity. What I am hearing is that there is no way to turn down/off blood and no way to mute the profanity in the voice lines. However, I do appreciate the feedback!

good one for the Dev's of the game then I think?

there should be some more options so a "Mature" person can Play the game with his younger people present without a lot of Cussing and swearing?

I agree, and good luck with your quest too!
