well.. I mean it's difficult to answer.
If you got a code. It specifically said it was for the Versatility BP but didn't show up in game...
If this is on console there might be a 1MB Download file for it? You could try uninstalling that 1MB file and redownloading it.
I have Deluxe and it shows up as having a few 1MB DLC files so I assume yours is similar.

I would give it a few days if it all appears right. If it still doesn't show up contact the EA Support from above and see what they say. That sticky will likely be updated when more info is known too.
It sounds like people do eventually get them after waiting a day or two though from what I can recall from other threads.

The vendor should have supplied you with a code specifically for the Versatility Pack.
How else would the game know you preordered is one reason why I think that.
Another reason is when I search on ebay for Battlepack codes, Versatility codes come up but not the other 2 (that were Deluxe only not pre-order bonuses).
Contact the vendor and question them about it.
