Re: premium knifes

Following the July 8th Battlefield 4 content update, some players have reported that they are either missing some items or other certain items have become locked once again.

According to these reports, in-game items being affected have most commonly included various knives and camo options.

Rest assured that we're investigating this issue and will continue to provide updates as quickly as possible.

I would feel more rest assured if you can guarentee me here and now that you guys will eventually fix this and give back my BJ-2, Precision, and some of my missing camo's once this is sorted out.

Hi,

I've started Battlefield4 few days ago and I unlocked easy mode campaign and I was almost the end of medium campaign mode, I unlocked all the first items and weapons, some weapons were all unlocked until yesterday, today everything became locked! Today I can't keep on the medium mode campaign, game says I need to start new one I lost all game progress without weapons, game says I have to unlocked everything. Why it happens? Can you suggest something I need to do about it?

i have lost all of my recon, assault, engineer, and support classes. i worked very hard to get to where i was and then i lost it all. when will this be fixed?
