1st. You need 275,000 professional score. You have 180,764 at the moment.

2nd. Buy the followings in-game:
Cops/SNIPER SEMI-AUTO:
- SOCOM16
- SR-25 ECC

Crims/SNIPER SEMI-AUTO
- SAIGA .308

Cops/Machine pistol
- 93R

Never ever buy anything in Battlelog, the purchase system is bugged. Good luck!

When you done the shopping the Syndicate requirements will be visible.
