Hello All, I can report this problem as resolved.

The solutions to the problem is as follows, the cause is yet to be determined.

Go to Save Data on your PS3, delete your data.

Restart the console

Go to PSN store, re-download your online pass, etc...

Launch BF3, get all updates.

And it works.
