Same exact problem?? Down to the details? How friggin weird is that? It'll be another few hours before my system full restore is completed and then I reinstall everything and try again. I'll keep you updated if you want by email or whatever.

I take this back....

After COMPLETELY restoring my playstation 3 slim 120g model, i was able to install update 1.07, installed the loadout shortcuts and vehicle assault packs, and thought t'was all fine...

Until I went to install all the expansion packs (B2K, Armored Kill, Aftermath, etc)

Same error message during 3 or 4% of the install...they downloaded just fine on my fios wireless connection, but during install they get error 80010038 messages...

Any idea?????
