@DuilMaighstir The only thing I have left is try uninstalling C++ 2012 and reinstall C++, x64 and x86 from link below to see if that works.

I'm all out of ideas.

Just want to add Punk Buster will crash if it is unable to contact the update server. So a firewall, or anything that blocks it will cause it to crash. You can try to update Punkbuster on another pc, then move the updated files to your pc and see if you can run BF4. If so you know for a fact you have something blocking PB.
