This is a community based technical support forum. We don't have ties to Evenbalance. Most of us don't even work for EA. Not even close.

The thread was marked as solved as it was as solved as it was going to get considering noone in here can unban you.

You can ofc. play on non Punkbuster servers if you like.

    thanks for your reply. I'm not aware of how EAs support is structured. I was seeking for help and the website redirected me to this forum.

    Do you have a suggestion, which steps I should take to sort things out, if evenbalance completely ignores my requests? I hope this thread is not being closed again, as I might have a question after your next answer.
