yes I am downloading the ltd edition now...
if my experience is correct from having the xbox version, to get the premium content you don't actually have another download, it just activates in game for you. Will update once the download is complete (slow internet here)
I have the premium edition on origin and the way it works is it says you only have the limited edition but once your limited editions finishes its download all the addons will then continue to download.
so, just download the Limited Edition and then what?

Yes you download the Limited Edition game and then once that is installed when you go to start the game it will prompt you to download the 4 additional expansions not contained in the Limited Edition game.
