All of the achievements for ranking up multiplayer classes. I've gotten Medic and Assault to Rank 3 now and it still won't pop or even track that I've ranked up so annoying.

Ah, you´re talking about the XBL achievements for reaching rank 2 in multiplayer? I misunderstood that, sorry.
These can´t be tracked, they should be unlocked automatically.
Your ingame ranks don´t increase?
Have you power cycled your Xbox? Maybe the data just needs to sync again.
