Computer gear is what one likes ... For me I have a full on hate for AMD cards and anything AMD  have had nothing but issues with  AMD the last 20 years and will not buy one again other people love them. For ram more is better but again its all what one likes best ram this sec for gaming is Corsair Dominator Platinum but its not cheep at all . For motherboard  ASUS Maximus V1 Hero is good and not mega money. Buying a ready made PC for gaming mm my view not a good idea they put cheep parts in building custom works best as you get what you want  in it. Some computer shops you can play pick a part and they build it for you. But again it all comes down to what you can afford and what you like.i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz is stable and not mega $$. Power supply you want 1000W so it will  not give issues when you change parts in the PC down the road. Video card again my view only NVIDIA with 3 or 4 GB memory in the video card.
