As @Darckdore rightfully refer to, the days for providing feedback on BF4 to REA/DICE and then get any changes implemented are long long gone.
Matter of fact, the developers in-house do no longer even have the source codes at their disposal for the client side software of this game, as all development and maintenance of the code was discontinued many years back by now.
So the gaming and all we do with it these days is 'as is'. Take it or leave it as it is, as its not going to be changed/updated in any way at all. Only area we from time to time see a small little chunk of change on is the server side software component. Reason being this is required for the game still to reside on e.g. the SONY PlayStation Network and the MSFT Xbox environment, as those companies continuously keep their platforms evolving. So the game developers who places their games and their servers onto those platforms are required to follow suit to ensure the platform integrity is maintained..
