So I did as u suggested and talked to 2 diff. Ppl telling me it would be resolved... nothing. Sad really.
Hey @klearoflauge68,
When you contacted Support, did you ask them for a Refund?
Do you have a Case Number by any chance?
Thanks 🙂

No, I was not looking for a refund only to fix the issue whether that be the server, a refund or a resolution of some sort. One said I'd receive a link in a follow up email to address the issue and the other said I would get a call back. Neither happened.
I've had this same problem. On Wednesday I paid in game to rent a server but never got one. Nothing shows up under the your servers tab. I contacted EA help chat and followed a number of their suggestions including making sure my Origin account was linked to my PSN ID which it already was but nothing helped. I sent them the receipt of the payment and asked if they could confirm the payment on their side for the rental but the chat assistant could not even after consulting their specialist/supervisor. They stated they didn't have access to the servers.
Rented a server for 30 d. Same problem!!
- @Project-X51 Friend of mine and i tried to rent a BF1 server today for 1 day and we both ended up with not getting a server at all.
No help from EA
- @throwaway1274 So will this problem never be resolved????
I would suggest if you paid to rent a server and did not get one to go through psn help to get a refund.
I'm surprised no one from EA has responded on this matter.
- Does anybody have any idea what’s going on? Custom servers are up on PC, not sure about Xbox but either way they’re totally broken on PS4. EA allows customers to rent them but never actually give you the server leaving customers to ask support for a refund. Please fix!!
