Hi guys, Anyone know how to get this fixed? I'm new here so please excuse if i have posted this wrong, I have had this for 2 weeks and all i managed to get is 1 day of server rental all other times i get this message. I have got in contact with ea help and all they did was give me a link to trouble shooting which i have done numerous times I have deleted and re installed made sure I'm wired not WiFi, and when every thing was checked i got back in contact with ea help and again they gave me same instructions as last operator when i told them i already have done this all they said was wait 24 hrs and it will sort it self out????????  I'm at a loss on what to do except delete the game for good. Any help would be grateful.   Game Battlefield 1 = message says error opening checkout and checkout cancelled try again

I also have this problem but I also have one more condition.

I’ve received about 85 battlepacks from ends of rounds at a rate of about 5-8 per round and now I can’t open any of them!  

Kind of useless if you can’t open them, your game progress is lost, and you don’t see end of round stats!

Fix it please or tell me what I can do to fix it. 

On PS4 and still can’t open my battlepacks. ☹️

Hey, I'm playing on PS4. When I want to purchase a weapon, the screen says the purchase failed. I re-downloaded the game twice but it didn't works. I have the problem since Tuesday.

I made the same experience. I played hundreds of hours Battlefield 1 and this bug stopped my playing now. The cheap answer from ea:

P.S. the first email for the "kundsupport" is not working... [edit: email address removed]  I´m curious if the second one works... Im not sure playing BF 6 if the account is not save and can crash at any time...And the support is not available or can do something. That sucks...

@EA_Kent Are you guys also working on the weapons purchase bug?  Whenever I try to buy a gun, I get an unavailable error, same with all my friends.

Is there an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. Curious as I just bought the game and premium pass last week and can't open any of the battlepacks that came with them or buy more with scraps.

Also wanted to know if this is possibly affecting customised Soldier as I cannot purchase any different weapons with war bonds at all so I. Stuck with default gear and can't do a thing about it

Hey Guys,

After several years i got Battlefield I for my ps5. Unfortunately i can't purchase weapons nor can i open battlepacks. I tried restarting the game and console multiple Times but nothing changed. Any Suggestions?
