I’m having a problem were I can’t purchase any weapon but I have the war bonds to buy them my level isn’t the problem every time I try to buy a weapon the game will tell me there’s an error please try again latter I have deleted and redownloaded the game and it didn’t help I even tried relicensing it and that didn’t help either I also can’t open any battle packs please fix this

I can't buy the weapon in game, I have credit but the game tell me that there is an error. Someone can help me?
