Hi again.

I restarted the game from last checkpoint and on the second try, everything went well. I think I know what caused the bug!

There are two snipers on a tower near the tram station. One of them was my last enemy in the area - I killed him AFTER the last wave of enemies at the tram platform. So for those, who face the same problem, restart from last checkpoint and try killing every enemy in the area before going up on the tram platform! Then clear the last bunch of enemies and hop on the tram.

Having exactly the same problem, I did eliminate the snipers before entering tram railway. Like you said the other members of the team won't follow and the mission won't complete. Will try and replay and see what happens.

I am facing the same issue! I did restart the checkpoint twice, still the bug exist.
