Exact same problem with my support class, going on 3 weeks now. Looking at the BF forums i'm seeing more and more people report this problem as they level up. Sent two support tickets to EA and posted twice on the "official" BF1 forums under BUGS & GLITCHES to no avail, can't get EA to even acknowledge the problem. Kinda disheartening to pay $130 for a game and be forced to only play with limited content. I work with software engineers and Im pretty sure EA could write a script forcing things to sync up if that is indeed the problem. I'm not pulling a factory reset and losing everything I have on my xbox unless there is a 100% guarantee it will work.
