Same here. I have a brand new i5 7600k clocked at 4.6 with an MSI Aero 1070.  Massive stuttering and fps losses in 64 p Conquest and Ops.  I used to be able to get high-ultra smooth 60 fps gameplay with an i5 7400 and gtx 1060 3GB--I've tried every fix, but no dice.  The game has basically been rendered unplayable in the last month or two.  The BF1 PC community is already pretty small, so you'd think EA would be jumping on this issue.

Just like ampers, I get huge relatively high cpu usage and spikes to 100% whenever the stuttering is at its worst.  Raising clock speed makes no difference.  Reducing pre-rendered frames barely helps at all.  I was going to pick up Battlefront 2 (the beta was fine), but if it's going to be broken by a series of updates in a few months, doesn't seem worth it.
