OP as a speaker of Russian I can assure you that the Russian soldiers do indeed speak Russian phrases - not exclusively since they also speak Russian accented English when they need to inform one's team of what has happened such as losing an objective but enough to convey that they are Russian.

The Answer HQ is a technical self help forum, so this forum is not the place for petitions and neither is Battlelog.  I suggest that you go to Twitter and tweet directly to the devs if you would like to hear exclusively Russian voiceovers like we had in Battlefield 2.  Due to this being a petition I am locking it, if there is a technical problem that we can assist you with please post it in another thread and we will do our best to help.
