Thnx for advise. Yes I have PS4 and have selected PSN/Norway, but the code from the pigeon case is invalide and does not work. I have contacted EA support who will look into the issue, but its almost unbelievable how hard this has turned out to be considering this is a now-cost issue for EA.....

Have you tried going to https://www.battlefield.com/games/battlefield-1/redeem/triforce and redeeming the Code there? 

The codes for the Doughboy cannot be redeemed on Origin, they need to be redeemed on the site that I listed above.

I just double checked your case and it seems that your issue could be resolved by a specialist and you should have received a replacement code for Playstation via email. Can you try to redeem this on your console and let me know if that worked? That'd be great.

@EA_JokerI don't think it's an EA problem, I have this weapon. I know how to exchange it correctly.

@KrisRex03You need to choose PSN in the us area as I said, and PSN in other areas has no DLC for you to exchange, can you understand what I mean? As long as the PSN account is certified on your PS4, all accounts can enjoy this DLC, please trust me
