If you bought the second Premium using your origin account, you need to contact EA Support at http://help.ea.com/en/battlefield/battlefield-4/ (Via Live Chat or at a number that they can call you back at, certain countries only), and speak with a Game Advisor to cancel the purchase.
Then, go to places like gamefly and buy the Premium. Once you get the code, give it to your friend. Remember that once you lose the code, it will be like loosing $$> So be careful where you put the code.
