The admin functions of server settings are indeed rather clumsy and troublesome at best.  And it doesn't make it better that we also here over recent 18 mths have had some updates to the server app, which appear to screw up the admin menu list cache memories, so we cannot even trust the data being shown to us, if you go in and change one than one setting at a time.  Aka if switching straight from your current player lists, to see you admins, and then to your banned player list, then you will typically then see all your admins now listed as if they all were on the ban list.  So some absolutely grave and inexcusable bugs that the EA dev team have left behind for us here to deal with......... 

So baby steps is the way to go here.  Make one change, save it, and then back out of the menu area to the main admin admin area.  And then repeat go back in again for changing some other parameter that you want changed.  One at a time.

I can also see that you have set up your server here to use custom settings in all areas, which by design prohibit  some of the other settings to be reverted back to default values, despite you select them.  Aka, so your custom value trumps over a standard scheme of settings.  You need to go into your Server Setup / Present to dictate the standard value that you want on your server there.  And then be careful to save before exiting back out.  

Please also note that the admin area and your custom value/server setup specifications do not want to overwrite on existing 'named setup' until you have filled up the buffer list of the allowed number of owner predefined server setups.  So suggest that you give a new name to your new edited setting every time, and then choose that new setting after you have saved and exited the server admin edit menu.

As said, its rather clumsy and not intuitive.
