Do not speak with customer support, EA support cannot help you regarding a local server ban. I checked PBbans and you did not come up in the list, so this is most likely a local server setting and could be a bug in their overlay or settings.

If the local server admin team cannot clear it up you'll just have to find another server since EA cannot do anything to allow you to play on that server.
