Thanks for your reply by the way, I really appreciate it.
I've been struggling with this problem as I can't find others with the same issue.

Lowered the settings to medium and set the resolution scale to 125 (Previously Ultra and 155 Resolution scale)

Same problem.

I should note that last night I was troubleshooting and I tried Windowed, Borderless and Fullscreen modes. It happened frequently and regularly in Windowed, Borderless still had it (although a bit less) and Fullscreen had it the least, but the problem was still there, with fullscreen it was more a small stutter every few minutes.

I don't like fullscreen because I run two monitors, I like being able to browse the web as the game is loading and be able to see when the game loads up ☹️

Hello @WoooHaH and thank you for additional information. Two monitors are extremely handy, but can you test the same issue with just one monitor, connected with your PC?

Sure i'll try that when I get home. I've done some testing and I'm noticing that this problem does not happen as much in Fullscreen. In Fullscreen I get one small stutter here and there. Of course I prefer windowed or borderless as I have two screens.

I tested it with just one monitor, same problem was happening.

I did notice that this problem seems to only happen in windowed borderless and windowed mode, fullscreen seems to not really have this issue.
