I have a similar issue.
When I join a game online, and get in close quarters combat with an enemy player, and I click my left mouse button repeatedly to fire, my game will minimize.
This minimize is similar to the Windows 7 Aero 3D Flip feature or Alt Tab, the windows in my second screen will be small, and I can select them to maximize them.
I am able to join a game online, go to an area with multiple teammembers and repeatedly left click my mouse to fire my weapon, and the game does no minimize. The issue only seems to occur when I am shooting an emeny player who is within 5 Feet of me.
