As it says on Battlelog:

"WE HAVE A PLANNED MAINTENANCE ON PC JUN 17, STARTING 1AM PDT / 10AM CEST."

you might want to wait with the troubleshooting until this is done.

    1. X1 means xbox one
    2. I can't see the battle log because I get the same error message
