It might not be your internet connection but your actual console or console settings. Have you already tried to perform a hard reset on your console or checked our troubleshooting guide regarding connection issues on the Xbox One console: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/Xbox-One-Tr
To perform a proper hard reset on your Xbox One console, do as follows:
- Keep your finger pressed on the XBox One button on your console hardware until it shuts down,
- Disconnect the console from the power source by unplugging the PSU physically,
- Wait for roughly two minutes and connect the console back to power after,
- Start your console as usual.
