@BOT_Venator  @FieryTomahawk  I had this exact issue and I noticed that the EA App no longer saw BF3 as being installed despite still being installed on Steam. I uninstalled BF3 in steam and reinstalled it and everything worked after the reinstallation. I also did all of the steps that @BOT_Venator did before the uninstallation so hopefully this will work for you.

    Same for me on steam version on ea app no any issue even hardline from steam works but bf3 dont i think this is ea app issue with steam
