Reach the hotel Battlefield 4 bug - Other two guys won't follow me

Hello, So, I am playing the mission 2, reach the hotel. In the part where the elevator is supposed to be I fall down in a kind of cave. I read some posts and they said to run back and get together...

    i restarted the mission and it works now

try to setup ingame video setting to low and restart game from last checkpoint or restart chapter...
