Reinstalling PunkBuster to the correct location
If you're reinstalling PunkBuster, the installer might be pointing at your Battlefield Hardline Beta game folder rather than the location for the full game's release.
Reinstalling PunkBuster
Uninstalling and reinstalling PunkBuster manually could help solve some problems if you're running into PunkBuster issues while playing Battlefield Hardline.
When using the Add a Game button to register Battlefield Hardline to your version of PunkBuster after reinstalling, you might notice the default Game Path location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\BFH Beta, or the game folder for the Battlefield Hardline Beta.
To make sure your PunkBuster and Battlefield Hardline clients cooperate remove 'Beta' from the filepath so that it instead reads C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\BFH.
- Keep in mind that this is the default Battlefield Hardline installation location. If you've set your games to install to a hard drive other than C:\ then you'll need to adjust the filepath according to your system
