Hi everyone, For those having problems with the menu goes black, please try these workarounds: Unplugg the power cord to Xbox, use cable modem and unplugg power. Let it sit for a minute and plugg power cord back in to cable modem and let it reset. Plugg power cord back in to Xbox One and back on. Press the Start button while hovering over the Battlefield icon, go to manage game then into Saved data and delete the one labeled "Reserved Space" Most players having this issue seems to be playing on Xbox ONE or PS4. If anyone seeing this on PC as well, please report. Best regards, Timmie.

Additional Information

DICE is aware about <<Black Screen>> bug on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (More often) after the May Update and it should be fixed in the next patch (perhaps it will be hot-fix).

both these solutions dont work with me. Also the screen doenst only get black sometimes when i get snow on my screen and the whole UI dissappears. i had snow since the spring update and black screens since the may update. I have no idea how to fix it....
