Really REALLY bad textures in BF4 PS3

you: The game on PS3 somehow is not fixing the textures correctly. I'm having similar visual graphics as on one of the first battlefields. So at this moment, I'm not happy at all that I've purchased it
Nitin: Unfortunate to hear this.
you: EA told that this game had great textures, as it works with the newest game engine
you: But, I cannot see anything of this. I was playing multiplayer mode, and there are only edgy shapes, low detail on effects, weird colors.
you: It just does not fit the battlefield game experience
Nitin: Now may I know what I can do for you?
you: Did you guys have more complaints about this?
you: And is there going to be a fix for this, or is there something like an extra texture pack

you: But my retailer doesnt help me either. I'm really thinking about returning this game. Its really dissapointing! The textures are like BF1942, if you know this game!

you: also due to online gameplay, most of the time i cannot play mutliplayer games without updating the system

you: I appreciate that you are here for me on the help chat, but i'm not here for the social talk. I'd like an answer from EA or I'm returning the game.. I dont want to put so much effort in to a game, which ive bought for a, well, high end game price.

Nitin: Go to BF4 settings and set ultra to lower.

you: and the tank's gun isnt even rounded up like it should be, but more like a low graphic triangular shaped thing,

you: I will wait for that. But please do give me related answers, instead of giving me advice to lower my PC graphics and such. Really. I'm waiting a long time now, and you are not giving answers to my questions so far.

Nitin: Alright go to settings and choose options in BF 4.
Nitin: There is might be a in game glitch , that's why you are facing this problem.
Nitin: I am forwarding your issue to our dedicated team, but for the mean time you can fix this by following these steps.

you: Go to settings. and choose options?
Nitin: And after that you get four options .
Nitin: Choose video from them.
you: Yeh
you: and then? I've allready checked these optiosn

Nitin: Now you can set texture quality little lower than ultra and set texture filtering high to medium .
Nitin: And after this save the settings .
Nitin: After this play the game and check the graphics again.

you: Can I change the settings, like textures, on a ps3

I havent found a way to change my graphic options on my PS3. EA. Serious. How can we solve this problem?
