I've got a lot of things to say but lets just sum it up to the following.
Whoever owns the account is responsible for all cheating that occours on that account, also when your account was breached.

Answer HQ cannot handle bans. We don't have access to your account - we can't look into any specific cases. All we can do in here is link to your options.
