Greetings everybody,

Thank you all for giving us such great information regarding your PC specs. For those of you that haven't tried to roll back your drivers from the Beta drivers, we have received reports that rolling back your drivers from the Beta drivers should address this issue.

If that hasn't done the trick, I'd recommend uninstalling the beta drivers from your system completely, then downloading and installing the latest stable driver release (not beta release) to see if this does the trick.

If you have tried both of these solutions and neither has resolved the issue, it would be great if you could post your specs once again. The information provided has been great, but just to narrow it down, we may need you to repeat this information along with a bit more so we can narrow this down.

The information we'll need:

Graphics card

Operating System Version

Current Driver Version

Additionally, we would like you to post the following:

1. Open your Start menu and type "view reliability history" into the search box.

2. Select the most recent bf4.exe failure, denoted by the red circle with the white X in it.

3. Double-click the related Critical Event under Source.

4. Choose copy to clipboard on the bottom and post the full information of the reliability history in here.

After I've switched from "Fullscreen" mode to "borderless" mode I don't get a red screen of death anymore instead I have "bad_pool_caller"  BSOD now.

But that gives me the possibility to take a look into the memory dump files.

I'm checking the dump files now.

I have: 

Asus Radeon HD 7970 Matrix Platinum

Windows 8 (not 8.1 !) Pro with all updates

I tried Windows 7 compatibility mode and still BF4 BSODs. I tried BETA drivers, I unistalled them and instaleld the one that I have now. This is the only game that crashes on my computer.

I played all the time well, but note that when I change the ultra(Auto) graphic quality to low, started the red screen issue.

Im going to try to roll back on 13.9 driver. I heard on twitter and reddit this worked. Will be back with a conclusion.
