Did you buy the Premium edition or the Premium membership?
I ask as the premium membership does not show up in the games list
as the core game is not included on the membership.
If you have purchased the Premium Edition and BF4 does not show
up in your client, make sure it did not accidently became hidden and/
or reload your games list.
If BF4 still does not show up I suggest you contact a game advisor
to assist you.

* Then select product in the first selecting bar, account management in the second and select your platform in the last bar.
* Hit find solutions.
