Did you buy the Premium edition or the Premium membership?
I ask as the premium membership does not show up in the games list
as the core game is not included on the membership.
If you have purchased the Premium Edition and BF4 does not show
up in your client, make sure it did not accidently became hidden and/
or reload your games list.
If BF4 still does not show up I suggest you contact a game advisor
to assist you.

* Fill in "account" in the search bar
* hit find solutions
* Then select product in the first selecting bar, account management in the second and select your platform in the last bar.
* Hit find solutions.
Now you will be given multiple solutions to your problem. To contact support you need to click "I still need help".

The guy at the store told me that this was the game with all the expansions not just the expansions so i didn't read the cover because i was in a hurry i guess i just have to go there and deal with them. (i got the bf4 p.membership)
