Redeem Codes not working

Twice I have ordered BF4 canceling the first because the redeem code did not work so they said they'd refund me the purchase and later just re-order using the Redeem code.. AGAIN it did not work and I was not given the 15% off code..

NOW.. The call back and chat is disabled as if they do not want to deal with this case any longer and I am getting highly pissed!

Not because of the money, but it seems like I have been scaled back (disabling the call back and live chat) since I've already bought the game a SECOND TIME!

NOW.. I want my effing 15% off or I'll hit my bank and dispute the order and delete the damned game!
